    摘要:

    基于问题的教学方法(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)和情景模拟教学法都是医学教育中广泛应用的教学方法,弥补了传统教学方法的局限性,更适应新时代儿科人才的培养目标。两者联合应用可以相互弥补各自的不足。本文将结合四川大学华西临床医学院与华西第二医院共同实施PBL联合情景模拟教学法的实践,分析PBL和情景模拟教学法在儿科医学教育中的应用及存在的一些问题,并通过应用实例探讨如何联合两种教学方法,使其优势互补,实现最优的教学效果。

    Abstract:

    Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and simulation teaching method are both widely used teaching methods in medical education, which make up for the limitations of traditional teaching methods and are more suitable for the training goals of pediatric talents in the new era. The joint application of the two can make up for each other's shortcomings. This paper will analyze the application and existing problems of PBL and simulation teaching method in pediatric medical education based on the practice of the joint implementation of PBL by West China School of Clinical Medicine of Sichuan University and West China Second Hospital, and discuss how to combine the two teaching methods to complement each other and achieve the optimal teaching effect through application examples.
