Severely injured trauma patients often require intra-hospital transport for examinations such as magnetic resonance imaging (Magnetic Resonance Imaging, MRI). Limited resources and environmental changes during transport increase the risk of adverse events, including hypoxemia, hypotension, and accidental line or airway dislodgement. Recent studies highlight risk assessment, stratified management, and standardized workflows to improve transport safety.
