To explore the establishment and value of quality management and safety early warning platform based on Intelligent ward system. Methods: Delphi method was used to construct the index system of the whole process, all links and all elements through three rounds of questionnaire consultation. Results: Through Delphi method, a quality management and safety early warning platform based on Intelligent ward system was established. Compared with that before the establishment of the platform, the satisfaction of patients, doctors and nurses increased significantly after the establishment of the platform (P < 0.05). Compared with that before the establishment of the platform, the workplace fatigue scores of doctors and nurses decreased significantly after the establishment (P<0.05). Conclusion The construction of quality management and safety early warning platform based on smart ward system has important value, which can significantly improve satisfaction and reduce the workload of doctors and nurses.
