Abstract:Objective: To investigate the application effect of electronic teacher evaluation combined with dynamic teacher management in standardized training (hereinafter referred to as residency training) for residents. Methods: The teaching materials of the 69 students who entered our hospital in 2019 for residential training were selected, during which the students" teaching teams were subject to regular static management. At the same time, the teaching materials of 35 students who entered our hospital for residential training in 2021 were selected, and the teaching teams of the students during this period were all subject to electronic teacher evaluation and dynamic teacher management. The normativity of teaching measures, evaluation results of tutors’ teaching ability, and effectiveness of training were compared between the two groups. Results: The completion rate of core teaching and the utilization rate of teaching resources were higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group scored higher scores on the teaching enthusiasm of the teaching team, doctor-patient communication skills, clinical work ability, time investment, and the cultivation of evidence-based medical thinking and clinical teaching ability of residents (P<0.05). In the third year of residency training, the annual examination score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the passing rate of the final examination was also higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Applying electronic teacher evaluation combined with dynamic teacher management in residency training is conducive to the construction of faculties and improvement of residency training.
