    摘要:

    目的 关注省属医学院校本科生当前学力评价指标和培养方法,为适用型人才培养和新医科教学模式改革提供新思路。方法 聚焦医学生的学力现状,通过在线定向发放问卷,旨在全面评估学生的学力现状。SPSS软件分析数据,结合学力评价与培养现状提出新的培养策略。结果 本研究共回收575份有效问卷,分析发现省属医学院校本科生自主学力、创新学力与基本学力因素负相关(p<0.05),学生的学习成绩综合排名与自主学力、创新学力的依赖程度较高(p<0.01),而基本学力与课程思政对成绩排名的贡献不大。省属医学院校应构建多元化、全方位的学力评价体系,注重对学生的临床实践能力考核,增加创新能力指标权重;搭建智慧型学习环境,转变教学方法与理念,培养学生的专业兴趣,加强适应性训练。结论 提高省属医学院校适用型人才的培养质量,以满足社会和临床工作对医学人才的多元化需求。

    Abstract:

    [s] Objective:SThis study focuses on the current academic evaluation indicators and training methods for undergraduate students in provincial medical colleges, aiming to provide new ideas for the cultivation of applicable talents and the reform of the new medical education model. Methods:SBy concentrating on the academic status of medical students, an online targeted questionnaire was distributed. And the data were analyzed using SPSS software. New training strategies were proposed based on the evaluation of academic performance and the current training situation. Results: A total of 575 valid questionnaires were collected, the analysis found that the autonomous academic ability and innovative academic ability of undergraduate students in provincial medical schools was negatively correlated with the basic academic ability factor (p<0.05). Further analysis revealed that the overall ranking of students" academic performance was highly dependent on autonomous academic ability (p<0.01) and innovative academic ability (p<0.01), while basic academic ability and curriculum civics did not contribute much to the ranking. Provincial medical schools should build a diversified and all-round academic ability evaluation system, and in terms of cultivation, they should focus on the assessment of students" clinical practice ability and increase the weight of innovation ability index; build an intelligent learning environment, change the teaching methods and concepts, cultivate the students" professional interest and strengthen the adaptive training. Conclusion:S Enhancing the training quality of applicable talents in provincial medical colleges to meet the diverse needs of society for medical professionals.
