Abstract:Rural revitalization serves as a comprehensive strategy for addressing issues related to agriculture, rural areas, and farmers in the new era. Enhancing rural healthcare constitutes a critical foundation for achieving rural revitalization. Medical vocational education possesses distinct advantages in cultivating grassroots medical personnel and improving the overall quality of medical services. It plays a pivotal role in advancing rural health development and contributing to the Healthy China initiative. By employing methods such as literature analysis and field investigation, this study identifies key challenges faced by the medical and health service sector in the Chengdu-Chongqing-Tibetan regions, including shortages of professional talent and inadequate resource allocation. To address these issues, strategies such as optimizing academic programs, innovating training models, and enhancing collaboration between educational institutions and local authorities are proposed.
