Abstract:objective: To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human thrombopoietin for Injection combined with leucogen in the treatment of thrombocytopenia. Methods: Sixty patients with thrombocytopenia from January 2025 to February 2026 in Nanfeng People"s Hospital of Fuzhou City were randomly divided into observation and control groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with recombinant human thrombopoietin for Injection alone, and the observation group was treated with recombinant human thrombopoietin for Injection combined with leucogen. The platelet (PLT), PLT recovery time, bleeding events and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: After 1 week, 2 weeks after treatment, and 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks after treatment, the PLT levels in both groups increased (P<0.05), and the PLT levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). In this paper,the author introduces the principle and application of the mechanism of mechanical mechanism. The overall incidence of bleeding events in the observation group was lower (P<0.05). Adverse reactions were comparable between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The combination of recombinant human thrombopoietin for Injection and leucogen can significantly shorten the time for platelet recovery to normal, reduce the risk of bleeding, and take into account safety.
