Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of narrow-band red light irradiation combined with diosmin tablets on the wound surface after perianal abscess surgery. Methods: 78 patients with perianal abscess admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to March 2025 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with diosmin tablets, while the observation group received narrow-band red light irradiation combined with diosmin tablets. After 7 days of treatment, the efficacy rate and complications of the two groups were compared, and the wound recovery was evaluated. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05). The observation group had shorter times for redness and swelling to disappear, wound healing, hospitalization, and pus disappearance compared to the control group (P<0.05). Seven days post-surgery, the observation group had lower scores in granulation tissue growth, pain level, wound area, and wound edema (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of anal fistula, infection, and anal malformation between the two groups post-surgery (P>0.05). Conclusion: Narrow-band red light irradiation combined with diosmin tablets can promote the wound healing of perianal abscess postoperatively, with significant effects.
