Objective:To explore the application effect of laparoscopic surgery in patients with cholecystolithiasis.Methods: Sanbo Brain Hospital: From May 2022 to May 2025, 118 patients with cholecystolithiasis were randomly divided into two groups by computer. The control group was given open surgery, and the research group was given laparoscopic surgery, with 59 patients in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results: The total effective rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group, P < 0.05. The complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group, P < 0.05. The surgical indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The recovery time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, P < 0.05.Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery is effective in the surgical treatment of patients with gallstones, which can shorten the recovery time of patients, reduce the risk of complications, and fully protect the health and safety of patients. It is worth popularizing.
