Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical effect of tirofiban combined with dual antibiotics in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Method: 82 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2025 were selected as the research subjects. The research subjects were divided into the control group (n=41) and the observation group (n=41) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with double antibiotics. The observation group was treated with tirofiban combined with bispecific antibodies. The clinical efficacy, neurological function [modified Edinburgh Scandinavia Score (MESSS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)], thromboelastography indicators [maximum thrombus strength (MA), Angle of coagulation (Angle), coagulation reaction time (R), comprehensive coagulation index (CI)] and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Result: The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the MESSS and NIHSS scores of both groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment, and the MESSS and NIHSS scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the MA, Angle, R and CI values of both groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment, and the R value increased significantly compared with that before treatment. Moreover, the improvement amplitudes of the MA, Angle, R and CI values in the observation group after treatment were significantly greater than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The application of tirofiban combined with bispecific antibodies in patients with acute cerebral infarction can promote the recovery of neurological function, inhibit thrombosis, and improve the therapeutic effect.
