Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of breast cancer radical surgery combined with tumor plastic surgery on young and middle-aged breast cancer patients and the impact on their quality of life. Methods: 80 young and middle-aged patients with breast cancer were collected and diagnosed in our hospital. The admission time was from January 2020 to May 2022. According to the principle of random grouping, they were divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer, and the observation group was treated with radical mastectomy combined with tumor plastic surgery for breast cancer. Compare the amount of bleeding, surgical time, number of specimens removed, length of hospital stay, and incidence of complications between the two groups of patients; Conduct 3-year outpatient follow-up for all patients and compare their recurrence and metastasis rates; Compare the breast beauty status of two groups of patients; Finally, a comprehensive quality of life assessment questionnaire (GQOLI-74) was used to assess their quality of life level. Results: The perioperative situation and complication rate varied from the observation group (P <0.05); the recurrence rate and metastasis rate at 3 years after surgery (P> 0.05); breast compliance, elasticity and texture, skin color and nipple displacement, nipple complex, and symmetry-related breast cosmetic score were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05); After surgery, the quality of life scores for both groups of patients increased, with the observation group showing higher scores than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: breast cancer radical surgery combined with tumor plastic surgery has a significant therapeutic effect on breast cancer. Although this surgical method is more traumatic, it can be completely removed, reduce the complications caused by residual lesions after surgery, and do not increase the recurrence and metastasis after surgery. It can improve the breast beauty of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
