    目的:探讨甲状腺乳头状癌(Papillary thyroid carcinoma, PTC)组织中增殖相关抗原(Proliferating cell nuclear antigen 67, Ki-67)和环氧化酶-2(Cyclooxygenase-2, COX-2)表达与患者临床病理特征的关系。方法:选取2020年7月~2025年7月我院收治的确诊为PTC患者58例(PTC组)与甲状腺良性结节患者58例(良性组),采用免疫组化法检测Ki-67和COX-2表达阳性率,检查发现TC的病理特征并进行相关性分析。结果:PTC组的Ki-67和COX-2表达阳性率为72.4%和55.2%,高于良性组的31.0%和25.9%(P<0.05)。随着TC的临床分期、淋巴结转移的发生,Ki-67和COX-2表达阳性率均呈现显著增加趋势(P<0.05)。Pearson分析显示Ki-67、COX-2表达阳性率与临床分期、淋巴结转移均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:PTC组织中Ki-67和COX-2呈现高表达状况,与患者的临床分期、淋巴结转移存在相关性,Ki-67和COX-2在TC发生发展中起共同促进作用。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of proliferation-related antigen Ki-67 and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) tissue and the clinical pathological characteristics of patients. Methods: From From July 2020 to July 2025,58 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC group) and 78 patients with thyroid benign nodules (benign group) were selected. The Ki-67 and COX-2 expressionwere detected by immunohistochemistry, investigated the pathological characteristics of thyroid cancer and given correlation analysis. Results: The positive rates of Ki-67 and COX-2 expression in the PTC group were 72.4% and 55.2%, which were higher than 31.0% and 25.9% in the benign group (P<0.05). With the increased of the clinical stage, the degree of differentiation and the occurrence of lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer, the positive rate of Ki-67 and COX-2 expression were showed increased trend, and compared the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). Pearson analysis showed that the positive rate of Ki-67 and COX-2 expression was significantly positively correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ki-67 and COX-2 are highly expressed in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues, which are related to the clinical stage, degree of differentiation, and lymph node metastasis of patients. Ki-67 and COX-2 play a joint role in the occurrence and development of thyroid cancer.
