Objective: To explore the application effect of ultrasound-guided iliac fascia space block in elderly intertrochanteric fracture anesthesia.Methods: The Sixth People"s Hospital of Anyang City: 100 patients admitted from January 2023 to December 2024 were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 patients in each group. The study group received iliofascial space block, while the control group did not receive special treatment, and the anesthesia situation was analyzed.Results: The recovery time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The pain level in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The risk of restlessness in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The dosage in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Anesthesia of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly can reduce the risk of agitation, relieve the pain level and shorten the waking time, which is worth popularizing.
