Abstract:Objective: To investigate the application effect of Bazheng Powder combined with Tiaozhong Xiaoshi Decoction in patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery for urinary calculi. Methods: A132 patients with urinary calculi in our hospital from May 2023 to may 2025 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 66 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, while the observation group received combined intervention with Bazheng Powder and Tiaozhong Xiaoshi Decoction. Compare the application effect of the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the observation group showed a higher overall response rate. The observation group demonstrated significant reductions in main symptom scores, secondary symptom scores, total TCM syndrome score, serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels, the time to stone discharge, and time to improvement of lumbar pain, infection, and hematuria compared with the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was comparable between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Applying Bazheng Powder combined with Tiaozhong Xiaoshi Decoction to treat patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery for urinary calculi can promote recovery, and enhance renal function.
