Objective: To analyze the application effect of combined medication of Shunning and Budesonide in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.Methods:90 patients admitted to our hospital from August, 2021 to September, 2024 were selected to participate in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups by computer. The control group was treated with atomized inhalation of budesonide, 100μg each time, twice a day, and the study group was treated with combined therapy (oral administration of 10mg of budesonide before going to bed). There were 90 patients in each group, and both groups were treated continuously for 28 days. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results: The treatment effect of patients in the study group was higher (P < 0.05). The dyspnea score in the study group was low (P < 0.05). The patients in the study group had excellent pulmonary function (P < 0.05). The blood gas level of patients in the study group was better (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis are treated with Shunerning combined with budesonide, which has obvious curative effect, can relieve patients" dyspnea, improve patients" lung function and blood gas level, and ensure patients" health, and is worth popularizing.
