Objective:To analyze the application effect of budgefur inhalation aerosol in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods: Puyang Third People"s Hospital: 86 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted from October 2022 to January 2025 were randomly divided into two groups by computer. The control group was given budesonide, and the research group was given budigefu, with 43 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results: The level of lung function in the study group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The blood gas level in the study group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The therapeutic effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Budigefu inhalation aerosol in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the lung function and blood gas level of patients, which is worthy of clinical use.
