Objective:To analyze the application of hysteroscopy combined with drospirenone ethinyl estradiol in the treatment of endometrial polyps and its influence on the safety of treatment.Methods: Zhumadian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital: 106 patients admitted from August, 2022 to June, 2025 were randomly divided into two groups. The study group was given combined treatment (hysteroscopy and drospirenone ethinyl estradiol, once a day after menstruation, for 21 days), and the control group was given hysteroscopy, with 53 patients in each group. The treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results: The incidence of complications in the study group was low (P < 0.05). The endometrial thickness in the study group was lower (P < 0.05). The menstrual blood loss in the study group was low (P < 0.05). The level of estrogen in the study group was better (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Hysteroscopy and drospirenone ethinyl estradiol in the treatment of endometrial polyps can improve the menstrual blood loss and progesterone level of patients and reduce complications, which is worth popularizing.
