Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of electroacupuncture combined with early language grading and passive training on the rehabilitation of patients with motor aphasia after cerebral infarction. Methods: Sixty-four patients with motor aphasia after cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received early language grading and passive training intervention. The observation group received combined electroacupuncture intervention on the basis of the control group. The rehabilitation effects, total scores of TCM symptoms, and language functions [Chinese functional communication profile] [CFCP)], neurological function [The score of The national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS)] and the satisfaction rate of rehabilitation intervention of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Result The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After the intervention, the CFCP scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention, while the total score of TCM syndromes and the NIHSS score were significantly lower than those before the treatment. Moreover, the changes in CFCP, total score of TCM syndromes, and NIHSS score in the observation group after the intervention were significantly greater than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of rehabilitation intervention in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture combined with early language grading and passive training can promote the recovery of language and neurological functions in patients with motor aphasia after cerebral infarction, alleviate traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, and improve the therapeutic effect.
