    目的:探究肝脏恶性肿瘤患者予以肝脏增强计算机断层扫描(ComputedSTomography,CT)技术、肝脏磁共振成像(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)技术的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月至2025年6月河南省新密市中医院接诊72例疑似肝癌患者参与研究,入组患者均予以肝脏增强CT技术以及肝脏MRI技术,分析诊断质量。结果:金标准诊断:阳性61例;阴性11例。肝脏MRI技术阳性60例;阴性12例。肝脏MRI技术准确率95.83%、特异度90.91%、敏感性96.72%高于肝脏增强CT技术准确率87.50%、特异度90.91%、敏感性86.89%。肝脏MRI技术肝内病灶数、肝外病灶数高于肝脏增强CT技术,(P<0.05)。肝脏MRI技术诊断病灶直径准确率高于肝脏增强CT技术,(P<0.05)。结论:肝脏MRI技术在诊断肝癌患者中效果显著,能提高微小病灶诊断准确性,为后续治疗提供帮助,值得推广使用。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To explore the application effect of liver enhanced CT and liver MRI in patients with liver malignant tumor.Methods: From June 2022 to June 2025, 72 patients with suspected liver cancer admitted to xinmi city Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected to participate in the study. All the patients were given enhanced CT and MRI techniques to analyze the diagnostic quality.Results: Gold standard diagnosis: 61 cases were positive; 11 cases were negative. Liver MRI was positive in 60 cases; 12 cases were negative. The accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of liver MRI were 95.83%, 90.91% and 96.72%, respectively, which were higher than those of liver enhanced CT (87.50%, 90.91% and 86.89%). The number of intrahepatic lesions and extrahepatic lesions in liver MRI was higher than that in liver enhanced CT (P < 0.05). The accuracy of liver MRI in diagnosing lesion diameter was higher than that of liver enhanced CT (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Liver MRI technology has a remarkable effect in the diagnosis of liver cancer, which can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of tiny lesions and provide help for follow-up treatment, and is worth popularizing.
