Objective: To explore the effects of cinacalcet combined with Shenshuaining capsule on micro-inflammatory state and calcium-phosphorus level in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods: A total of 64 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between? January 2023 and March 2025. According to random number table method, they were divided into control group (cinacalcet) and observation group (cinacalcet combined with Shenshuaining capsules), 32 cases in each group. After 2 months of treatment, micro-inflammatory indexes, calcium-phosphorus level, renal function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), blood phosphorus, intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH), serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and 24h urine protein quantification in observation group were all lower than those in control group (P<0.05), while level of blood calcium was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion: Cinacalcet combined with Shenshuaining capsule can effectively improve micro-inflammatory state and calcium-phosphorus metabolism disorders, and protect residual renal function in patients with chronic renal failure, which has good safety.
