Abstract:Objective:? To explore the prevention effect of different doses of aspirin on deep venous thrombosis after hip fracture surgery. Methods:? A total of 60 patients undergoing hip fracture surgery in Shangrao Dongxin Fifth Hospital were enrolled between January 2024 and January 2025. According to perioperative anticoagulation regimens, they were divided into group A [17 cases, nadroparin calcium (4100 IU/once) for 1 week], group B [24 cases, nadroparin calcium (4100 IU/once) + aspirin (100 mg/d) for 1 month] and group C [19 cases, nadroparin calcium (4100 IU/once) + aspirin (200 mg/d) for 1 month]. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis, circumference and circumference difference of limbs at 15 cm upper and lower margins of patella, coagulation function and the incidence of adverse reactions in the three groups were compared. Results:? The incidence of deep venous thrombosis was higher in group A than group B and group C (P<0.05), but the difference between group B and group C was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The circumference difference of limbs at 15 cm upper and lower margins of patella was greater in group A than group B and group C (P<0.05), but the difference between group B and group C was not statistically significant (P>0.05). PT and APTT were shorter, FIB and D-D were higher in group A than group B and group C (P<0.05), but the difference between group B and group C was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was higher in group C than group A and group B (P<0.05), but the difference between group A and group B was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:? Different doses of aspirin combined with nadroparin calcium can play good anticoagulant effect and prevent deep venous thrombosis after hip fracture surgery. However, 200 mg/d aspirin may increase the risk of bleeding-related adverse reactions. 100mg/d aspirin combined with nadroparin calcium is a safe and reliable regimen for the prevention of deep venous thrombosis after hip fracture surgery.
