Abstract:Objective: To explore the influencing factors of Placental abruption (PA) in pregnant women with Pre-eclampsia (PE). Methods: The clinical data of 187 patients with PE admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to April 2025 were retrospectively collected. The secondary incidence of PA in PE parturients was statistically analyzed. According to the different occurrence of PA, PE parturients were divided into the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group. Collect and compare the baseline data of the two groups. Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of PA occurrence in pregnant women with PE. Result: Among 187 pregnant women with PE, 31 cases developed PA, with an incidence rate of 16.58%. There were significant differences in premature rupture of membranes, oligohydramnios, and Cr and FIB levels between the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group (P < 0.05). However, there were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of age, gestational weeks, delivery history, gestational diabetes, BMI, vaginal bleeding history, Hb, PT, TT, WBC, and PCV levels (P > 0.05). The results of multivariate Logistic regression model multivariate analysis showed that premature rupture of membranes, oligohydramnios, high levels of Creatinine (Cr), and low levels of Fibrinogen (FIB) were all influencing factors for the occurrence of PA in pregnant women with PE (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The occurrence of PA in pregnant women with PE is related to premature rupture of membranes, oligohydramnios, high levels of Cr and low levels of FIB.
