Abstract:Objective: To analyze the value of CT perfusion quantitative parameters combined with CT angiography (CTA) score on the prediction of prognosis of acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Methods: A total of 68 patients with AIS admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were included in this study. CTA score and CT perfusion quantitative parameters [time to peak of contrast agent (TTP), mean transit time of contrast agent (MTT), cerebral blood volume (CBV), cerebral blood flow (CBF)] were collected after treatment. According to the prognosis status of patients, they were divided into good prognosis group (n=43) and poor prognosis group (n=25). The value of the combination of the two methods on predicting the prognosis of AIS patients was evaluated. Results: The CTA score in AIS patients before discharge was positively correlated with CBV and CBF (P<0.05), and negatively correlated with TTP and MMT (P<0.05). The AUC value of CT perfusion quantitative parameters combined with CTA score in predicting AIS prognosis was higher than that of each index alone. Conclusion: CT perfusion quantitative parameters combined with CTA score can accurately predict the prognosis of AIS patients.
