Abstract:Objective: To analyze the influencing factors of recurrence in patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation after laparoscopic repair. Methods: Sixty patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation who underwent laparoscopic repair in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2024 were selected. All patients were followed up until at least May 1,2025.Patients were divided into good prognosis group ( no recurrence of ulcer perforation ) and poor prognosis group ( recurrence of ulcer perforation ) according to whether recurrence occurred during follow-up. The two groups were compared on baseline data, smoking, heavy drinking, Hp infection, and the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and the influencing factors of recurrence after laparoscopic repair in patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation were analyzed. Results: A total of 14 (23.33%) patients were included in the poor prognosis group. There was no significant difference in baseline data such as gender, age, ulcer history, perforation to operation time, perforation site, perforation diameter and alcohol abuse ratio between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with the good prognosis group, the proportions of patients with smoking history, Hp infection history, and history of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug use were significantly higher in the poor prognosis group (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that Hp infection was an influencing factor for recurrent gastroduodenal ulcer perforation (P<0.05). Conclusion: Hp infection is an influencing factor for recurrent gastroduodenal ulcer perforation. Clinically, close attention should be paid to patients with the risk factor so as to reduce recurrence risk and improve the prognosis.
