Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of bumetanib tablets combined with losartan potassium in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN). Method: 92 patients with CGN admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with losartan potassium; The observation group was treated with losartan potassium combined with bumetanib tablets. The levels of renal function [blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (SCr)], inflammatory factors (interleukin-6, hypersensitive C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor -α), therapeutic effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Result: After treatment, the levels of BUN and SCr in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the levels of BUN and SCr in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of interleukin-6, hypersensitive C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor -α in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the levels of interleukin-6, hypersensitive C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor -α in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Bumetanib tablets combined with losartan potassium in the treatment of CGN can improve the therapeutic effect, enhance renal function, inhibit inflammatory responses, and has a relatively high safety of medication.
