Abstract:AbstractObjective: To explore the intervention effect of nursing based on King's standard theory in patients with tibial plateau fractures. Method: A total of 90 patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2024 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table. The control group consisted of 45 patients who received routine nursing care, while the observation group consisted of 45 patients who received nursing care based on King's standard theory. Both groups were followed up for 3 months. Evaluate and compare the compliance of postoperative rehabilitation exercise, lower limb function rehabilitation, quality of life level, and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients. Results: The total compliance rate of postoperative rehabilitation exercise in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The knee joint function score (Hospital for Special Surgery Score,HSS) of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group in all aspects (P<0.05); The (QUALITYOFLIFEWHOQOL-BREF,QOL-BREF) scores of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: After nursing intervention based on King's standard theory, patients with tibial plateau fractures can further improve their compliance with postoperative rehabilitation exercises, accelerate lower limb functional recovery, and promote the improvement and enhancement of their quality of life. Therefore, patients are more satisfied with nursing services.
