objective to investigate the kidney and phlegm huoxue fang treatment of kidney and blood stasis in patients with recurrent miscarriage (recurrentspontaneousabortion, RSA) curative effect. Methods From May 2023 to August 2024, 40 patients with recurrent abortion with kidney deficiency and blood stasis were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given routine fetal preservation treatment. Observation group was treated with bushen Huatan Huoxue prescription on the basis of control group. Clinical efficacy, immune function [interleukin (IL)-4, IL-1, IL-17 levels], TCM syndrome score, inflammatory factors (D-dimer level, TNF-α level, IL-10 level), pregnancy outcome and efficacy of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The live birth rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-1 and IL-17 in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment, and the levels of IL-4 were significantly lower than before treatment, and the changes in the levels of IL-1, IL-4 and IL-17 in the observation group after treatment were significantly greater than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndroms in both groups were significantly reduced, and the scores of TCM syndroms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of D-dimer and TNF-α in both groups were significantly decreased, and the levels of IL-10 were significantly increased. The levels of D-dimer, IL-10 and TNF-α in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Huatan Huoxue formula can improve the clinical efficacy, immune function, inflammatory factors and TCM syndrome score of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type RSA, and improve the outcome of pregnancy.
