Abstract:Objective:? To explore and analyze the effects of infrared irradiation combined with electronic biofeedback on cognitive function, muscle strength and balance ability of affected limbs in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia. Methods: A total of 60 patients with stroke admitted to the hospital were enrolled between January 2021 and January 2024. According to random number table method, they were divided into rehabilitation group (routine rehabilitation therapy) and biofeedback group (infrared irradiation combined with electronic biofeedback), 30 cases in each group. All patients were treated for 1 month. The myoelectric signal value, limb function, balance function, activities of daily living and cognitive function in the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, myoelectric signal values of quadriceps and tibialis anterior muscles in biofeedback group were greater than those in rehabilitation group, score of limb motor function was higher than that in rehabilitation group, and scores of balance ability, activities of daily living and cognitive function were higher than those in rehabilitation group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Infrared irradiation combined with electronic biofeedback can promote the recovery of limb function, improve balance ability, activities of daily living and cognitive function in patients.
