    摘要:

    探讨分析红外照射联合电子生物反馈对脑卒中后偏瘫患者认知功能、患肢肌力及平衡能力的影响。方法:选取2021年1月-2024年1月本院收治的脑卒中患者60例,按随机数表法分为康复组(常规康复治疗)和生物反馈组(红外照射联合电子生物反馈治疗)各30例,均持续治疗1个月。比较两组治疗前后肌电信号值、肢体功能、平衡功能、日常生活能力和认知功能。结果:治疗后,生物反馈组患侧股四头肌及胫骨前肌肌电信号值较康复组增加,肢体运动功能评分和平衡能力、日常生活能力、认知功能评分较康复组升高(P<0.05)。结论:红外照射联合电子生物反馈能促进患者肢体功能恢复,改善平衡能力,提高日常生活能力和认知功能。

    Abstract:

    Objective:? To explore and analyze the effects of infrared irradiation combined with electronic biofeedback on cognitive function, muscle strength and balance ability of affected limbs in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia. Methods: A total of 60 patients with stroke admitted to the hospital were enrolled between January 2021 and January 2024. According to random number table method, they were divided into rehabilitation group (routine rehabilitation therapy) and biofeedback group (infrared irradiation combined with electronic biofeedback), 30 cases in each group. All patients were treated for 1 month. The myoelectric signal value, limb function, balance function, activities of daily living and cognitive function in the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, myoelectric signal values of quadriceps and tibialis anterior muscles in biofeedback group were greater than those in rehabilitation group, score of limb motor function was higher than that in rehabilitation group, and scores of balance ability, activities of daily living and cognitive function were higher than those in rehabilitation group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Infrared irradiation combined with electronic biofeedback can promote the recovery of limb function, improve balance ability, activities of daily living and cognitive function in patients.
