Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of myoelectric biofeedback combined with electroacupuncture on the level expression and functional recovery of neurofactors in patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with limb dysfunction. Methods The clinical data of 112 patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with limb dysfunction treated in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were retrospectively collected and divided into two groups according to treatment differences, which were divided into the study group (myoelectric biofeedback combined with electroacupuncture, n=58) and the control group (electroacupuncture, n=54). The levels of neurofactors [Copeptin, neuron-specific enolase (NSE) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF)] and limb motor ability [Fugl-Meyer evaluation scale, Fugl-Meyer evaluation scale (FMA)], daily living ability [Modified Barthel Index (MBI) score] and balance ability [Berg Balance Scale (BBS)]were collected and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of Copeptin and NSE in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the levels of BDNF were significantly higher than before treatment, and the changes of various nerve factors in the study group were significantly greater than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, FMA scores of upper limbs, FMA scores of lower limbs and total scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and FMA scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, MBI and BBS scores in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment, and MBI and BBS scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Myoelectric biofeedback combined with electroacupuncture therapy for acute cerebral infarction patients with limb dysfunction can improve the therapeutic effect, improve the level of neurofactor expression and limb motor function, and improve the quality of life and balance ability.
