Abstract:【】Objective: To analyze the application effect of problem oriented health education combined with cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients after coronary intervention. Method: Sixty four patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in our hospital from January to December 2024 were randomly divided into a control group (32 cases, conventional nursing) and a study group (32 cases, problem oriented health education combined with cardiac rehabilitation nursing). The cardiopulmonary function [left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), cardiac index (CI), 6-minute walk distance recorded (6MWD)], emotional status, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. After nursing, the cardiovascular and pulmonary function indicators (LVEF, CI, 6MWD), scores of the Chinese Adult Emotional Rating Scale (ESCA), and scores of the Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ) in the study group were all higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The joint application of problem oriented health education and cardiac rehabilitation nursing in CHD patients after PCI has a positive effect on improving lung function, emotional state, and quality of life.
