    摘要:

    目的:探究外周血免疫细胞亚群、细胞因子水平与小儿哮喘症状严重程度之间的相关性。方法:选取2023年01月至2024年12月在景德镇市第二人民医院初诊或并发诊断中包含小儿哮喘的患者60名。全部研究对象均检测外周血免疫细胞亚群、细胞因子水平;同时对上述儿童患者的哮喘严重程度给予评估,探究外周血免疫细胞亚群、细胞因子水平同小儿患者哮喘严重程度的相关性分析。结果:在本研究纳入的60例儿童患者中,轻度哮喘患儿15例,中度哮喘患儿33例,重度哮喘患儿12例。不同组别的患儿外周血免疫细胞亚群水平的对比结果显示,伴随着哮喘患儿病情严重程度的加剧,患儿的CD4+水平呈现上升趋势,CD8+水平呈现下降趋势;CD4+/CD8+水平呈现上升趋势。组间对比结果显示,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);不同组别患儿的细胞因子水平比较结果显示,伴随着哮喘患儿病情的加剧,其TNF-α、sPD-L1水平呈现逐渐上升的趋势,而CC-16水平呈现下降趋势。组间对比结果显示,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。哮喘患儿疾病严重程度与外周血免疫细胞亚群、细胞因子水平之间存在显著的相关性(P<0.05)。结论:外周血免疫细胞亚群、细胞因子水平同哮喘患儿疾病严重程度之间存在关联,值得临床工作人员借鉴应用。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To explore the correlation between peripheral blood immune cell subsets, cytokines and severity of pediatric asthma. Methods: A total of 60 children with asthma in The Second People"s Hospital of Jingdezhen were enrolled between January 2023 and December 2024. The levels of peripheral blood immune cell subsets and cytokines were detected. The severity of asthma was evaluated, and the correlation between peripheral blood immune cell subsets, cytokines and severity of pediatric asthma was explored. Results: Among the 60 children, there were 15 cases with mild asthma, 33 cases with moderate asthma and 12 cases with severe asthma. The comparison of the levels of peripheral blood immune cell subsets in different groups showed that with the aggravation of the severity of asthma in children, the level of CD4+ in children showed an upward trend, and the level of CD8 + showed a downward trend. The level of CD4+/CD8 + showed an upward trend. The results of comparison between groups showed that the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05 ). The comparison of cytokine levels in different groups showed that with the aggravation of asthma, the levels of TNF-α and sPD-L1 showed a gradual upward trend, while the level of CC-16 showed a downward trend. The results of comparison between groups showed that the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The severity of asthma was significantly correlated with levels of peripheral blood immune cell subsets and cytokines (P<0.05). Conclusion: The levels of peripheral blood immune cell subsets and cytokines are correlated with disease severity in asthma children.
