Abstract:Objective: To analyze the relationship between the expression of laminin B1 (LMNB 1), proto-oncogene C-myc (c-Myc) and clinicopathological features in ovarian cancer tissue. Methods:The clinical data of 108 ovarian cancer patients admitted in our hospital from August 2020 to October 2021, the expression of LMNB 1 and c-Myc and the expression of LMNB 1 and c-Myc and their survival status 3 years after surgery. Results:The positive expression rates of LMNB 1 and c-Myc in cancer tissues were 62.96% and 67.59%, respectively, higher than 44.44% and 43.51% (P <0.05); LMNB 1 expression was associated with G3 and-stage, and c-Myc expression was associated with G3 and-stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05); the positive survival rates of LMNB 1 and c-Myc were lower than negative survival (P <0.05). Conclusion:LMNB 1 expression is related with histological grade G3, FIGO stage, c-Myc expression is related with histological grade G3, FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis. The 3-year survival rate of patients with LMNB 1 and c-Myc expression was significantly higher than those with negative expression.
