Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil epidural puncture (DPE) block technique for painless delivery on maternal and infant. Methods 70 women who underwent painless delivery in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the study objects. The parturients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received epidural block; The observation group was treated with DPE block technique. Ropivacaine combined with sufentanil was used in both groups. The analgesia related indexes, analgesia effect, anesthesia satisfaction and delivery outcome of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The effective time of anesthesia, the dosage of sufentanil, the dosage of ropivacaine and the number of PCA compression in the observation group were significantly reduced compared with the control group (P < 0.05). The pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group half an hour after analgesia, 1 hour after analgesia, at full opening of the uterine orifith and at delivery (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of anesthesia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil DPE block technique in painless delivery can promote the effectiveness of anesthesia, reduce the dosage of drugs, reduce the degree of pain, improve the outcome of maternal and infant, and enhance the anesthetic effect.
