Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingmai Tongluowan combined with great saphenous vein closure on stasis dermatitis. Methods: 90 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given great saphenous vein closure, and the observation group was given Qingmai Tongluowanl combined with great saphenous vein closure. The eczema area severity index (EASI), aberdeen varicose vein questionnaire (AVVQ), traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, lower limb hemodynamics [ blood vessel diameter (BVD), blood flow volume (BFV), peak systolic velocity (PSV)], blood viscosity [ whole blood high tangential viscosity (HBV), whole blood low tangential viscosity (LBV), plasma viscosity (PV) ], foot skin blood perfusion volume of left and right dorsum, transcutaneous partial pressure of oxygen (TcPO2), serum inflammatory factor [nuclear factor-κB (NK-κB), interleukin-6 (IL-6), chemokine receptor 3 (CCR3)] levels were observed in the two groups. The clinical efficacy and safety were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 97.8% in observation group higher than that 80.0% in control group? (P<0.05). The EASI, AVVQ,? traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, PSV, HBV, LBV, PV, NK-κB, IL-6 and CCR3 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), while BVD, BFV, foot skin blood perfusion volume of left and right dorsum and TcPO2 were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The complication rate was 2.2% in observation group lower than that 20.0% in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Qingmai Tongluowan combined with great saphenous vein closure can improve the degree of skin lesions in patients with stasis dermatitis, increase blood perfusion in lower limbs and back of foot, reduce inflammatory response and complications.
