Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Kuntai capsule in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility. Methods A total of 80 infertility patients with ovulation disorder admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group was treated with Clomiphene citrate capsule. Observation group was treated with Clomiphene citrate capsule combined with Kuntai capsule. The therapeutic effects, sex hormone [Luteinizing hormone (LH), Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and progesterone (progesterone) of the two groups were analyzed and compared. P)], endometrial thickness, maximum follicle diameter, adverse drug reactions.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of LH, FSH and P in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment, and the levels of various sex hormones in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter of both groups were significantly increased than before treatment, and the endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter of the observation group were significantly increased than that of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Kuntai capsule has a good effect on ovulation dysfunction infertility patients, which can better improve the level of sex hormones, ovulation and endometrium of patients, and has fewer adverse reactions and high safety.
