Objective To investigate the surgical effect and safety of transumbilical single hole laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal in patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst.Methods A total of 92 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital (from January 2022 to January 2024) were divided into control group and study group by random number table method. The control group was given traditional porous laparoscopic ovarian cyst exfoliation. In the study group, transumbilical single hole laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal was performed. Surgery-related indicators, complications and pain (visual analogue scale (VAS)) of the two groups were analyzed and compared, and body image questionnaire (BIQ) and cosmetic score (cosmetic score) were applied. CS) to evaluate the aesthetic satisfaction of surgical incisions in both groups.Results The indexes of operation time were compared between the two groups (P > 0.05). Operative blood loss and postoperative exhaust time in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The complication rate of the two groups was compared (P > 0.05). The VAS scores of the study group at 12h and 24h after surgery were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The BIQ score and CS score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Transumbilical single hole laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal for the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst can improve surgical indicators, promote postoperative recovery, reduce pain, improve patients" satisfaction with the aesthetic incision, and have high safety.
