    目的:观察安氏Ⅱ类1分类错颌畸形患者经微型种植体正畸治疗的效果。方法:选取2022年10月-2023年10月期间于本院诊治的80例错颌畸形患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组经传统口外弓正畸治疗,观察组经微型种植体正畸治疗。分析比较两组的正畸效果[上中切牙长轴(U1)与SN平面(前颅底平面)交角(U1-SN角);下中切牙长轴(L1)与下颌平面(MP)交角(L1-MP角)]、咀嚼功能[咀嚼功能问卷(Chewing Function Questionnaire,CFQ)]及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗18个月后,两组的U1-SN角均比治疗前显著减小,但两组的L1-MP角与治疗前相比均无显著变化,且观察组治疗18个月后的U1-SN角显著小于对照组(P<0.05);但两组的L1-MP角无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗18个月后,两组的CFQ评分均比治疗前显著升高,且观察组的CFQ评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:安氏Ⅱ类1分类错颌畸形采用微型种植体正畸,能提高正畸效果,促进咀嚼功能恢复,减少术后并发症。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To observe the effect of orthodontic treatment with micro-implants in patients with Anschian class II type 1 malocclusion. Method: Eighty patients with malocclusion who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional external oral arch orthodontics, while the observation group was treated with micro-implant orthodontics. The orthodontic effects [the Angle between the long axis (U1) of the upper central incisor and the SN plane (anterior cranial base plane) (U1-SN Angle); The intersection Angle of the long axis (L1) of the lower central incisors and the mandibular plane (MP) (L1-MP Angle)], masticatory Function [Chewing Function Questionnaire (CFQ)] and the occurrence of complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Result: After 18 months of treatment, the U1-SN angles of both groups were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment, but the L1-MP angles of both groups showed no significant changes compared with those before treatment. Moreover, the U1-SN Angle of the observation group after 18 months of treatment was significantly smaller than that of the control group (P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the L1-MP Angle between the two groups (P > 0.05). After 18 months of treatment, the CFQ scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the CFQ score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The use of micro-implant orthodontics for Anshi Class II type 1 malocclusion can improve orthodontic effects, promote the recovery of masticatory function, and reduce postoperative complications.
